commercial quality

I watched and quite enjoyed the first one so i expected great things from the sequel, I really thought this was up to snuff. One very minor complaint was the anime style (which i am not fond of) but thats just me being nit picky.

it was a bit random

The animation was great and it fit well but i was unsure what point you were trying to prove it was sorta all over the place was this animation about opression? or some other political event going on that you disagree with, before you start telling me how much i suck or whatever hear me out.

as i said before the animation was great its just i dont know what kind of message you are trying to said thus rendering the animation merely eyecandy (not that i could do better of course)

now if you sent more of a clear picture to what it is you were trying to say i would've given it a straight ten but you dindt do that.

inconclusion this was a well put together animation but lacked the point and purpose.

was this supposed to be for a preloader?

or an actual animation? if its for a preloader its pretty good however the tank round (which would be more bullet like) curved which was strange..
if its for actual animations i would suggest having more things maybe your own art.
